Payments Option:

Credit Card / Debit Cards payment /PayPal/ Cash on Delivery (COD)

Choose this option to pay in cash directly to the delivery person upon receiving your order. Note: This option is available only St Catherine and Old Harbour excluding Linstead.

BANK DEPOSIT
Customer in Jamaica can secure their item by using the banks transfer system . Please note that this payment method requires you to manually transfer the funds to one of our accounts. See the account details below for further instructions. Important: Cross-bank transfers (e.g., from First Global bank to NCB) take 1-2 business days to reflect for ach transactions. Packages will be shipped after the payment has been received.

Please ensure that payments are made within 30 minutes of placing your order to avoid cancellation. After completing the transfer, kindly send a photo of the transaction to our WhatsApp number at +‪1 (876) 505‑7531‬

Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Savoir Paris Luxury Products. We are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. All orders are shipped via Jamaica post, or DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Processing and Delivery Times Orders typically require 1-3 business days for processing and shipping outside of Jamaica . During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Please note that external factors such as holidays, severe weather, or global events (e.g., COVID-19) may also impact delivery timelines.

Order Tracking After your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system. Customs Fees and Import Taxes Savoir Paris Luxury Products is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Refund and Exchange 

All sales are final. We only accept returns for items that were damaged during transit or if an incorrect product was shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Once we receive your request, we will promptly review the information and arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not available (e.g., limited edition items or collections), a full refund of the retail price will be issued.
